If I sign up for a Blueland subscription, will it renew automatically?

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 3 months. If you want to modify your box, you can change its shipping date or fully skip your next box. You can also skip or cancel your individual product subscriptions. To do this, simply log in

Will I be charged for canceling my Blueland subscription?

Nope. You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Refill orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed

Do I have to sign up for a Blueland subscription?

No!  All of our products are available as one-time options, and a subscription is not a requirement to purchase our products.

When is my card charged?

For all Blueland orders, your card will be charged when the order is processed. Subscriptions are processed on the day that they’re scheduled to ship. You can view your next scheduled shipping date in your account under 'Subscription'.

Can I gift a Blueland subscription to a friend?

While we don't have a formal gifting option at this time, you can set up a subscription using the recipient's email and shipping address, but use your credit card information.

Can I apply a gift card to my next payment for my upcoming refill order on my Blueland subscription? (No change required)

No, at this time you cannot apply a gift card to your subscription refill purchases.
