The brown packet included in your powder dish soap, dishwasher tablet, or laundry tablet refill pack is a plastic-free desiccant used to absorb moisture in order to maintain the consistency/format of your products. The desiccant is made of two eco-friendly materials including FSC Certified kraft paper and bentonite clay, which is a naturally occurring mineral.

Additionally, we do suggest keeping the desiccant with your products as you transfer it into the Forever Shaker or Tin, so that it can continue absorbing any moisture. Any moisture that’s not absorbed may affect the efficacy, usage or shelf-life of the product.
