We hope you’re loving your Blueland products! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on orders shipped within the U.S. Simply click here to start your return within 100 days of shipment, and we’ll handle the rest! Once your return request is processed, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

A few things to keep in mind: 
- We don’t offer partial returns or exchanges for Kits. If you’re looking to return a Kit or Bundle, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we'd happy to assist with your return! 
- Donations made to our non-profit partners and original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
- Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return.
