How does my Blueland subscription work?

It's simple! First, pick which product(s) you'd like to purchase and select the quantity. (FYI we provide recommended quantities based on your household usage!) Once you've placed an order for your subscription(s), you will receive your initial order

Can I change the frequency of my subscriptions?

To keep things sustainable, all subscriptions ship together every 3 months. We don’t offer the option to change shipment frequencies for individual products, but you can manage what, when, and how much you get by logging into your subscription portal

Yes, you’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before your refill subscription order is processed! You can make any changes until 12 PM EST the day before your order is scheduled to ship.

Nope; you can cancel your subscription free of charge! Refill orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your subscription. To cancel your subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed

Do I have to sign up for a Blueland subscription?

No, a subscription is not required! All of our products are available as one-time options; just be sure to click ‘Buy One Time’ rather than ‘Subscribe & Save’ when adding items to your cart!

When is my card charged?
