Sorry to see you go! If you’d like to cancel your autoship subscription, here’s how:

1. Create or log into your account using the email linked to your autoship subscription.
2. Click on Autoship in the menu.
3. On the right side of the page, select Manage Autoship.
4. Find the item you’d like to cancel and click on it.
5. Choose Cancel Autoship.
6. Fill out the short questionnaire and click Confirm.

By canceling, you’ll stop all future refill orders for that product. Please note: if you have multiple items in your autoship portal, you’ll need to cancel each one separately. Once canceled, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away!
