How do I make changes to my autoship?Updated 6 days ago

To make any changes to your autoship subscriptions, log into your account on our website and select ‘Autoship’.  You can then:

1. Add a product* 
   Browse recommended items on your autoship homepage, or click “Add product” under the Your next order section to include something specific.
   *Note: Limited-time or seasonal products may not be available as one-time add-ons!

2. Order Now 
   Running low? Select “Order Now” to ship your entire autoship order immediately. Only need certain items? Skip the products you don’t need and proceed with the rest.

3. Skip Box
   Don’t need your next shipment? Click “Skip” in the Your next order section. Your next delivery will be scheduled for 3 months later. You can also skip from the Upcoming orders tab.
   Need more time? A 6-month delivery option is available.

4. Skip Product
   Need your Laundry Detergent Tablets in this box, but not your Dish Soap Refills? You can skip individual products until your next shipment. For shorter delays, skip all other items and adjust the shipment date for the one you still need.

5. Adjust Quantity
   To increase or decrease an item, click “Edit” under the product and update the quantity.

6. Change Product or Swap Scent 
   In the mood to try something new? Click “Swap” under an item to change the scent or select a different product.

7. Cancel Autoship**
   To cancel a product subscription, click “Cancel” beneath the item. You can also go to the Subscriptions tab and select “Manage this autoship” for more options.
   
   **Please note that autoship orders are processed on the day of the month that you began your autoship subscription! To effectively cancel your autoship subscription, those changes need to be made by 12 PM EST the day before the order is processed. You can find this date in your account under “Autoship”.
